" Experience comes before intellectualizing "
There is more evidence of profoundness of yoga nowadays in the books or temples, than in our current life. Why is it so ?
What makes the modern society being turned today towards yoga, but is yet to experience its depth through the realness of the experience…
The answer lies in the desire of one’s life. The orientation that we wishes to take truly within, and the impact we then wish to make follow around.
Because you see, once the spiritual process is really started and the engine has been fueled and lighten up; it becomes an exploration of every moment. A journey into one’s own self first, and everything that we are in all that we do from it.

Yoga is labelled in many forms, but essentially it is a way of being. A path that stands for unity, exploration and before all experience. Knowing from within.
And to walk upon that journey, there are tools of yoga. Tools that will with time and steady application, reduce the density of our constructed identity to reveal that whish prevails it: life. To make it shine once again and create a natural remembrance, that what makes everything to be, lies within everyone of us, awaiting to be recognized. Am I making sense here ?

" For a given situation, a specific tool is used "
If we knew how to simply be attuned, there would be no need to roam the world and learn all the techniques in order to find that which will make us back where we are already.
But we are yet to be attuned, aren’t we…
In that direction, as a strong help towards removing the unnecessary excess of our constructs and to gain back a stable and steady ground, the practice of Surya Kriya is a must.
Actually, the real name of it is ‘Surya’, meaning the Sun, ‘Chandra’ for the Moon, ‘Mandala’ for the cycles and ‘Kriya’ for the inner process. It is therefore the inner practice of aligning with the solar and lunar cycles.
It is the ancestor of the Sun Salutation so widely practiced today, and is indeed even more profound and powerful.

" The Ancestor of Surya Namaskar "
It is said that when yoga started to be a little more known in India, and when the atmosphere, precision and alignment of the practice, its breath and dedication could not be checked easily due to the amount of practitioners desiring to learn ; teachings used to then be spread in a variant from the original source. Maintaining a safety net for serious practitioners only to stick with Surya Kriya. This now widely spread variant and known practice is the Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskar.
You have heard of it haven’t you ?
It is yet now time to bring back the one that gave birth to it : Surya Chandra Mandala Kriya. And to transmit the precision and alignment in the body, focus, breath and energy as it was in order to create a transformation into a more attuned and harmonious life.

" By taking care of the seed, so shall you have the fruit "
The human energy system is like a fruit tree, and it is in relation to the way nature works around us that we are going to use yoga to transform our human nature.
What this means is that by taking care of the seed in the way it has been passed on to you, it will be possible for you, in your own home and wherever you are, to begin to germinate this seed into a solid pillar that will allow your life to flourish.
How can this be done? Well, through the deep understanding of the human system that it will bring. By taking care of the base of the spine, like the seed of the lotus, we will prepare, strengthen and direct the energy in such a way as to create stable foundations that will naturally allow, during the practice of Surya Kriya and rise of your energy, to be able to make the flower blossom and develop its fragrance.
In other words, your inner life and what it will reflect around you.

Whether this famous wellbeing is already part of our daily lives or is a distant goal, practice will enable us to experience it. Yes, it is supposed to be normal.
It is something that is alive and well, that will last and improve as it relieves stress and anxiety, revitalizes the energy system and stabilizes the mind and emotions.
Then, building on that foundation, we will go much further and look at spirituality, which in that case means reconnecting with a harmonious life within and around you, by undoing that which makes obstacle to it. And unveiling the different layers and dimensions that human life or life itself is made of.
And all this will be within your reach simply by carrying this marvelous, millennial practice with you everywhere you go. And doing it, of course.

It is real, and it is in our era... Experience it for yourself.

Les pratiques de yoga:

Surya Kriya:
