The Ark is a space conducive to the transmission of knowledge and guidance that arise from within and from a place of balance. By being together, these gatherings will create a foundation of alliance between beings and healthy connections.

We will strengthen this shared space through our encounters with chants, guided meditations, shared visualizations, outdoor to sacred sites, walks... Online or in person, indoors or outdoors.

By coming together as a group, you reconnect with yourself individually and build the inner structures of your own Ark. Self-healing, trusting yourself, being and sharing who you truly are.
