CAIRO

CAIRO

May 7-13, 2026

Out of the capital, in a fabulous clay oasis, neighbour to the great desert where pyramids greet the sunrise and sunset, come and discover Cairo in its splendour. Through a retreat of exploration, you are invited to feel the ancient sites and experience the self-discovery that awaits you.

To merge with such forces, it is essential to cultivate stability, calmness, and perception. We will dive into the yoga practices we have learned, going further to enhance the spiritual and physical mechanics of the body, which can lead to more profound well-being, a clearer understanding of how to live a meaningful life, the ability to harness our inner potential, and a renewed curiosity to explore the world around us.

Step into the ancient kingdom and reclaim yourself.

WHAT WE WILL LEARN

Through our inner, personal focus, we will smooth and free-flow our energetic body to restore its transparency, clarity, and lightness in everyday life. A genuine aid to your yoga practice.

Also known as “face yoga,” Shanmukhi helps rejuvenate the face and the senses by effectively releasing tension and calming the mind in just 15 minutes.

Remember the importance of being with yourself and caring for your home. We will learn how to come back to our senses and feel the impact of removing the non-essential by smoking the resins.
