ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
It has taken lifetimes to align the different facets of my being in this life, to understand how to unify the knowledge I have received, the practices, the intuitions, the depth, and the lived quest for the divine. Becoming a Sadhguru-trained Isha Yoga instructor has been part of that unfolding, allowing me to root my path in authentic Hatha Yoga and deepen my inward journey. Though the path continues to evolve, it remains one of healing, alignment, and transmission. It is a journey I share with my siblings and with people from many horizons, backgrounds, and origins, companions in the ongoing exploration of life.
The key point of this journey is trust. Trust that what is revealed within is yours to follow. By acting upon it, you bring it into lived reality and allow its truth to unfold. In doing so, you may also help others remember that same inner guidance in their own way.
WE ARE ALL PIECES OF THE GREAT PUZZLE THAT IS LIFE. WHICH MEANS THAT EACH OF US HAS OUR PLACE.
I walk this path seeking to rediscover the simple and pass it on in this complex world. That makes me a practitioner like you in search of essential reintegration. This involves nature, the human being, the planet, what surrounds us—and above all, what composes us intrinsically.
Through my experience and life path, I learned Yoga through the vision of the yoga master Sadhguru. I traveled across India for several years before bringing these techniques back to France, Slovenia, and Egypt, where I've been teaching for the last 10 years.
You will also find various workshops, podcasts, and chants—tools of consciousness that reflect what is profoundly alive and effective in my life today. I offer them to support your journey to find, discover, and remember yourself.
I now offer different possibilities to help you remember that the true power lies within ourselves, wherever we are. It can take many forms. It is my hope that one, or a few, will resonate with you.
Feel free to explore what speaks to you.Let's take a deep breath—living is the process, and we're all in this together.
See you soon,
