YOGA RETREAT

May 7-13th

Set in a clay oasis outside Cairo, where the desert meets the pyramids at sunrise and sunset, this yoga retreat in Egypt unfolds as a space of exploration, togetherness, and inner stillness. Through Isha Hatha Yoga practices and meditation, with the Nile and desert landscapes as constant companions, the journey invites participants to experience ancient sacred sites while turning inward toward self-discovery and transformation.

To merge and harmonise with such forces, it is essential to cultivate stability, calmness, and clarity of perception. We will deepen the yoga practices we have learned and explore further to enhance the spiritual and physical dimensions of the body, which can lead to more profound well-being, a clearer understanding of how to live a meaningful life, the ability to harness our inner potential, and a renewed curiosity to explore the world around us.

Step into the ancient kingdom and reclaim yourself.

WHAT WE WILL LEARN

By focusing on our inner capabilities, we will harmonize and release our bodily energy to restore its transparency, clarity, and lightness in daily life. A true asset for your yoga practice.

Shanmukhi Mudra Kriya is a complete yogic practice that integrates three distinct tools into one cohesive routine. This facial yoga technique promotes the rejuvenation of facial features and improves the senses associated with them. Furthermore, it effectively relieves stress and tension, offering a tangible sense of mental calm and soothing.

The practice of Shanmukhi Mudra Kriya also involves preparatory steps, including chanting AUM (Nada Yoga - the yoga of sound) and Nadi Shuddhi, a pranayama technique that promotes the balance of the body's energy system. These preparatory practices provide the foundations for a deeper experience of Shanmukhi Mudra Kriya.

Remembering the importance of being with oneself and taking care of one's home. We will learn to reconnect with the essentials and feel the benefits of eliminating the superfluous through sacred resins. Millennia of history in a subtle and powerful process.
