SACRED SITES
Just as yogic traditions describe chakras within the human body, certain landscapes have long been regarded as the Earth’s energetic centres, sometimes compared to acupuncture points. Where these currents converge, ancient cultures marked significant sites through ceremonial structures. In Brittany, dolmens, water sources, and later Templar chapels were honoured as sacred places over centuries. Explored in small groups, these visits allow space for observation and quiet attention, so that each site may be experienced not only historically, but above all inwardly, supporting personal introspection.

LIZIO, BRITTANY (FRENCH)
Today, we know much about the Knights Templar—their crusades, way of life, beliefs, wealth, and knowledge. Yet one of the more esoteric and energetic aspects of their legacy calls us back to the inner quest: returning to the heart, following that voice, and making it our path—the Holy of Holies .
On this shared journey, we'll walk a small pilgrimage around the Templar Chapel of Isis to remember the essential within ourselves and gently bring it back to the forefront. Following telluric lines and water currents, we'll explore inner and energetic understanding—to let go of the superfluous, release what holds us back, rekindle hope, renew trust in the divine, and return to harmony—in the heart of the chapel and within ourselves.

HEALING FOUNTAIN | November 8, 2-5pm
The story goes that Barbara, having chosen divine faith over the customs of her time and her father's wish to see her married, was tortured and ultimately beheaded. Centuries later, the chapel of Sainte-Barbe du Faouët was built by a gentleman who was saved in response to his prayers.
LE FAOUËT, BRITTANY (FRENCH)
Over the course of an afternoon in a small group, we set out to return to the nameless—the one with no face, who gives to all without distinction.Worthy of fairy tales and legends, Sainte-Barbe du Faouët and its miraculous water source welcome us deep in the forests of Brittany.
We'll connect with the place and its presences, exploring the vibrational power of water—how to recognize, energize, and benefit from high-quality water for our well-being.
The afternoon will be spent on the land, attuning to its presence and absorbing its quiet, beneficial impact—on both our state of mind and the awareness that follows.

Fairy Dolmen | November 22, 2pm - 5pm
What are dolmens? Why are they found across the world? And how can we connect with them in a way that allows us to truly feel their presence and impact?
Come explore a highly active and powerful ancient dolmen dating back more than 4,500 years (the “Fairy House”) in the Mesnil Forest.
MESNIL-ROC'H, BRITTANY (FRENCH)
Dolmens are thousands megalithic structures dating back of years. Today, they are re-emerging in our awareness, not as simple upright stones but as complex energetic constructions with profound significance.
Together, we'll learn to attune to the site and its presences, engaging with the place in a way that nourishes both our state of mind and deeper awareness.
We'll explore the energetic layers of vibrational places—how they relate to each other, and how to integrate their gifts into our own system.
This afternoon offers a chance to rest, renew, and reconnect with the forest and its visible and invisible inhabitants. No experience is needed—come discover the site for the first time, or return with fresh eyes. There is always more to discover.
