BRITTANY

YOGA RETREAT

June 26-July 3rd

Nestled in the forests of Brittany in the village of Val Richard, this yoga retreat unfolds as a space of renewal, togetherness, and inner exploration. Through Isha Hatha Yoga practices and meditation, with time spent along rivers and visits to sacred energy sites, participants are invited into a deeply personal process of rejuvenation and transformation. Shared wholesome meals and simple moments in nature support a sense of balance, well-being, and connection with what is essential within.

Together, we will explore Hatha Yoga and complementary well-being rituals that support mental clarity, physical balance, and vital energy. These teachings help quiet habitual mental noise, strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and cultivate a more conscious relationship with daily life.

The retreat is open to both experienced practitioners and those new to yoga, creating a shared space for learning, reflection, and connection in the quiet presence of nature.

WHAT WE WILL LEARN

Through our inner, personal focus, we will smooth and free-flow our energetic body to restore its transparency, clarity, and lightness in everyday life. A genuine aid to your yoga practice.

Shanmukhi Mudra Kriya is a comprehensive practice integrating three distinct tools into one cohesive routine. This facial yoga technique promotes the regeneration of facial features and enhances the associated senses. It alleviates stress and tension, providing mental calmness.
Practitioners also engage in its preparatory stages: AUM chanting (Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound) and Nadi Shuddhi, a pranayama technique aimed at balancing the body's energy systems.

Through our visits to ancient sites around us in Brittany, we will learn the science of our ancestors to connect, recognize, perceive and benefit from the power that has been maintained for everyone to evolve in his/her journey.

Remember the importance of being with yourself and caring for your home. We will learn how to come back to our senses and feel the impact of removing the non-essential by smoking the resins.
