Brittany FAQ

What level is required to participate?

From beginner to advanced! Each tool is accessible to everyone, and all of them are powerful tools for transformation

Will I be able to practice at home what we learn during the retreat?

That's the goal. Each practice you learn is designed to be done on your own, wherever you are, to naturally generate well-being. Wherever you go, your practice goes with you!

Can I come even if I'm not flexible?

Of course! Flexibility is gained through practice, and you don't need to be able to touch your toes to join the retreat.

What happens once the retreat is over?

You'll be self-sufficient in your well-being. And that's no small thing—thanks to the yoga tools, you'll be able to deepen your inner experience for life. After the retreat, a WhatsApp group is created so we can stay connected, share, and support one another. There are also ongoing yoga sessions to reconnect, refine, and practice together.

If I'm in a shared room, will it be with someone of the same gender?

Absolutely. Respect for everyone is essential, and that naturally includes privacy. Ideally, a WhatsApp group will be created before the retreat so participants can already connect beforehand.

Can I bring my child even if they're not participating?

The retreat is designed so we're all together during practices, activities, meditations, etc. That means it won't be possible to provide childcare during the full days.

Is it a problem if I don't know who Sadhguru is?

Absolutely not. The retreat aims to offer inner transformation using the practices he shares in Hatha Yoga and through the activities offered—that's our central focus. You'll naturally learn more about him, without dogma or obligation.

Until when can I register?

It depends on how many are interested! 8 people maximum. If the retreat isn't full up one week before, you can still register. However, early registration is recommended, as inquiries are increasing. Feel free to contact me when you're sure!

Is a discounted rate available?

Yes! By referring a friend, you get 10% off your retreat! If you're planning to invite someone, let me know and we'll work it out together.

How do I get to the retreat?

arriving by car: Besides Train – The closest station is Vannes (direct from Paris in 2h30), then about 35 minutes by car to Val Richard (taxi ≈ 50€). This ride can be done by taxi or, depending on availability, with other participants from the station.
