Bhuta Shuddhi

Bhuta Shuddhi

HATHA YOGA OF SADHGURU

Bhuta Shuddhi is an Isha Yoga practice taught by Sadhguru centered on the five elements that compose existence: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. Learning to gradually reorganize how these elements function within us refines awareness and restores balance in body, mind, and energy.
Practiced with full awareness, each element becomes a doorway to a deeper inner experience. Considered a foundational aspect of yogic science, Bhuta Shuddhi opens access to subtler dimensions of perception beyond ordinary physical experience. Srimanta teaches this practice in Paris, Brittany, and across France.

TEACHER'S INSIGHT

Bhuta Shuddhi may appear to be a simple process, yet the level of involvement one brings into it is what truly makes the difference. Today, we tend to believe that simply “doing” something guarantees its effectiveness. While this can be partially true, the reality is that to go beyond the physical dimension, one's inner awareness must also be engaged — and this requires attention and presence.

Since the process is rooted in gratitude toward the elements, we are essentially attempting to influence the molecular memory of each element so that they, in turn, can influence us.

I also offer " Corrective Classes" for those who wish to return for correction sessions to improve and go deeper.

Attending a correction session means discovering new aspects of the practice, improving your technique to generate more benefits and impact, and clarifying doubts or potential deviations from the instructions—which can greatly influence the results. It's also a chance to resume a practice you may have set aside and to reconnect with a group of participants motivated to explore a similar path
