Surya Kriya

Surya Kriya

HATHA YOGA OF SADHGURU

Surya Kriya is a powerful aligning process that harmonises the human system and refines the flow of energy for inner transformation. Taught by Srimanta in Paris, Brittany, and across France as part of Sadhguru’s Isha Yoga teachings, the practice helps dissolve inner barriers and resistance, allowing a shift from friction to fluidity within.
By engaging the body through specific postures, breathing patterns, and focal points, we begin to influence the subtler dimensions of our being.

With regular practice and trust in the process, these transformations bring clarity and balance across physical, mental, emotional, and energetic levels, unlocking our highest potential.
Picture yourself as a seed planted in fertile soil, ready to blossom and thrive. Surya Kriya nurtures this potential within you, helping you flourish and unfold in all aspects of your life. When we feel aligned, stable, and serene, the areas of our lives in which we choose to invest ourselves naturally begin to transform. While the deeper aim of Surya Kriya is inner transformation, with outer change as a natural outcome, its daily practice also brings physical benefits such as enhanced well-being, flexibility, and agility, releasing stiffness and restoring fluidity.

TEACHER'S INSIGHT

You don't need any prior yoga experience to embark on the journey of Surya Kriya. The practice is designed to meet you exactly where you are, with no judgment or expectations. Flexibility or physical ability is not a requirement; what matters is your willingness to engage with the practice. Most participants come with no background at all.
Come as you are, where you are, with an open mind and a willingness to learn. We will do what is possible to help you understand the practice entirely, grow with it, and experience the profound benefits of this ancient and powerful tool.
By committing to the practice, you're investing in your growth and evolution, creating a change in your surroundings.

I also offer " Corrective Classes" for those who wish to return for correction sessions to improve and go deeper.

Attending a correction session means discovering new aspects of the practice, improving your technique to generate more benefits and impact, and clarifying doubts or potential deviations from the instructions—which can greatly influence the results. It's also a chance to resume a practice you may have set aside and to reconnect with a group of participants motivated to explore a similar path
