Yogasanas

DEEPEN & TRANSFORM

An Asana is a posture. Placing our hands or body in any particular way makes innumerable postures possible. Millennia before us, after a deep and careful exploration of the human system,  yogis realised that among the numerous postures, 84 can be considered as Yoga Asanas, postures that have the power to elevate our consciousness towards union and harmony within us.
In a way that mirrors how nature already functions, we will use a specific set of asanas to bloom our system from seed to branches and make it fragrant within ourselves so that the quality of our life and everything we choose to touch with it may be enriched.
Be sure to remember one thing: Yogasanas are profoundly complete and powerful.

TEACHER'S INSIGHT

In the learning process, practitioners tend to come to it when they have already learned and prepared themselves with other tools for some time. It shall be a call to go further and deeper, not a desire out of the availability of this workshop.
Be reassured, we are not going to learn 84 postures in the workshop. The number 84 represents a possibility; it doesn’t mean one must learn all 84, especially considering many are already included in other practices like Surya Kriya and Angamardana.
In fact, in yogic science, once the system has been carefully prepared and the path has turned within and is activated, the practitioner turns towards mastering only one asana—generally a sitting posture.

I also offer "Corrective Classes" for those who wish to return for correction sessions to improve and go deeper.

Attending a correction session means discovering new aspects of the practice, improving your technique to generate more benefits and impact, and clarifying doubts or potential deviations from the instructions—which can greatly influence the results. It’s also a chance to resume a practice you may have set aside and to reconnect with a group of participants motivated to explore a similar path
