Angamardana is divided into four sets and  targets different aspects of the body, including muscles, joints, organs, circulatory and nervous systems, and our fundamental energy centers. As you progress, you’ll discover that the practice can be adapted to your lifestyle—splitting the four sets as needed to suit your schedule and commitments. TEACHER'S INSIGHT

Angamardana welcomes participants of all backgrounds and fitness levels, with no prerequisites necessary to begin. Many individuals are drawn to the practice for its approach to well-being and its potential to transcend physical limitations. That said, it is structured to push boundaries and deepen your understanding of your body’s capabilities. In return, it will require a certain level of motivation and consistency.
Approach the practice with curiosity and a willingness to explore beyond your comfort zone, knowing that each movement is crafted to awaken your innate strength and resilience.

I also offer "Corrective Classes" for those who wish to return for correction sessions to improve and go deeper.


Attending a correction session means discovering new aspects of the practice, improving your technique to generate more benefits and impact, and clarifying doubts or potential deviations from the instructions—which can greatly influence the results. It’s also a chance to resume a practice you may have set aside and to reconnect with a group of participants motivated to explore a similar path
