Shanmukhi Mudra Kriya

Shanmukhi Mudra Kriya

HATHA YOGA OF SADHGURU

Shanmukhi Mudra Kriya is an integrated yogic process taught by Sadhguru as part of Isha Yoga, combining three distinct tools into a single cohesive routine. This facial yoga technique supports rejuvenation of the features, enhances the associated senses, and relieves accumulated stress and tension, creating a tangible sense of mental calm. Srimanta teaches the practice through workshops in Paris, Brittany, and across France.
Shanmukhi Mudra Kriya involves preparatory steps, including AUM chanting (Nada Yoga — the yoga of sound) and Nadi Shuddhi, a pranayama technique that supports the balance of the body’s energy system. Sadhguru emphasizes these foundations in his Hatha Yoga programs to prepare practitioners for a deeper experience. These preparatory practices lay the groundwork for a deeper experience of Shanmukhi Mudra Kriya.

TEACHER'S INSIGHT

This simple practice takes no more than 15 to 20 minutes, and its preparatory steps can be done anytime, anywhere, regardless of stomach condition.
It is also helpful to note that Shanmukhi Mudra can support conditions like vertigo and tinnitus.
Although the practice is short, it is remarkably effective in calming the mind's inner chatter. Like any technique, its actual impact is revealed through regular practice; doing it occasionally may not bring the results you're truly seeking.

I also offer " Corrective Classes" for those who wish to return for correction sessions to improve and go deeper.

Attending a correction session means discovering new aspects of the practice, improving your technique to generate more benefits and impact, and clarifying doubts or potential deviations from the instructions—which can greatly influence the results. It's also a chance to resume a practice you may have set aside and to reconnect with a group of participants motivated to explore a similar path
