BRITTANY

YOGA RETREAT

June 26-July 3rd

Nestled in the forests of Brittany in the village of Val Richard, this yoga retreat unfolds as a space of renewal, togetherness, and inner exploration. Through Isha Hatha Yoga practices and meditation, with time spent along rivers and visits to sacred energy sites, participants are invited into a deeply personal process of rejuvenation and transformation. Shared wholesome meals and simple moments in nature support a sense of balance, well-being, and connection with what is essential within.

Together, we will explore Hatha Yoga and complementary well-being rituals that support mental clarity, physical balance, and vital energy. These teachings help quiet habitual mental noise, strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and cultivate a more conscious relationship with daily life.

The retreat is open to both experienced practitioners and those new to yoga, creating a shared space for learning, reflection, and connection in the quiet presence of nature.

WHAT WE WILL LEARN

By focusing on our inner capacities, we will harmonize and release our bodily energy to restore its transparency, clarity, and lightness in our daily lives. A true asset for your yoga practice.

Shanmukhi Mudra Kriya is a comprehensive yogic practice that integrates three distinct tools into a single coherent routine. This facial yoga technique promotes the rejuvenation of facial features and enhances the senses associated with them. Furthermore, it effectively relieves stress and tension, offering a tangible sense of mental calm and soothing.

The practice of Shanmukhi Mudra Kriya also involves preparatory steps, including the chanting of AUM (Nada Yoga - the yoga of sound) and Nadi Shuddhi, a pranayama technique that promotes the balance of the body's energy system. These preparatory practices provide the foundation for a deeper experience of Shanmukhi Mudra Kriya.

Through our visits to sacred and ancient sites in Brittany, we will discover the science of our ancestors in order to connect with, recognize, perceive, and benefit from the knowledge preserved to allow everyone to evolve on their journey.

Remembering the importance of being with oneself and taking care of one's home. We will learn to reconnect with the essential and experience the benefits of eliminating the superfluous through sacred resins. Thousands of years of history in a subtle and powerful process.
