Yogasanas - Hatha Yoga of Sadhguru
Yogasanas
HATHA YOGA OF SADHGURU
Yogasanas are a classical Hatha Yoga sequence that explores the body as a doorway to awareness and consciousness. An asana is a posture: placing the body in particular ways makes innumerable forms possible. Through careful observation and deep exploration of the human system, ancient yogis — as explained by Sadhguru — recognised 84 foundational Yoga Asanas capable of elevating consciousness toward inner union and harmony. This advanced 21-posture body–mind practice is taught by Srimanta in Paris, Brittany, and across France.
Mirroring the intelligence of nature, we use a specific set of asanas to bloom our system from seed to branches, making it fragrant within ourselves so that the quality of our life and everything we choose to touch with it may be enriched.
Be sure to remember one thing: Yogasanas are profoundly complete and powerful.
